Bus is comfortable and clean. Ride takes forever... they stopped so many times at random places to pick up cargo or people. The drive takes 5 hours in a car and this took over 8 hours.

A USB port on the bus to charge phones would be good. Bus held up by checkpoint near Mae Sot which was not the company's of driver's fault. Hostess was friendly and helpful and spoke some English. One doesn't need to go to the Green Bus ticket counter to exchange electronic ticket for paper one as it says on website. Can just show electronic one and get on the bus.

Toilet on bus dirty,the door are adjar, could not close,no fetching. Green bus,some driver could not understand English language
