Was a about 1/2 hour late leaving. Everything else was great. We booked business class as we had luggage. The seats were larger and on the upper floor giving else a better view.

Very smooth crossing, the business class seats were very comfortable. Purchasing the ticket was straightforward, just had to check in to be issued with a paper ticket.

I booked the return ticket direct through the oceanjet website, and paid $32 aud including booking fee. 12go charged me $48.58 aud for the exact same company and trip and class.. I understand you need to make money, but that is 50% mark up, which is disgraceful 😭. Can never use you guys again

The ferry trip itself was good but it was 30 minutes delayed and we were asked to pay 100 pesos for our one bag carry-on while it was clearly said up to 10kg each is free.
