The vessel is obviously worn out (leather seats tattered, not all seats have tray tables) and you can smell gasoline inside the vessel that I had to wear face mask for the duration of the trip. The partnered shuttle to Tacloban does not come with a transfer vehicle. Each passenger will have to individually find their way to the shuttle terminal from the port.

Your crew are very courteous and helpful. One female crew (too bad I did not get her name) -- even sent me from the Tourist class to the Business class, when I asked if that was my accomodation, when I paid for business class. She apologized and helped me with my bag, and sent me to the upper deck where the business class is. Thank you!!1 I will take Supercat again tomorrow, to go home to Cebu. Best, Sheila Jane Tiu
