Bus was very comfortable and the driver communicated well through WhatsApp about time and location for pickup. Driver’s helper also spoke English and was very friendly/helpful with instructions at the ferry. The only downside was the bus was about 30 minutes late and we were about an hour late arriving into Hanoi. But considering ferry and traffic, it was understandable.
