Jacob RThe driver made me sit in the back of the van, where I didn't fit, being a six feet four inches tall. This was even though there was a free seat with more room when i boarded... the driver let his friend sit there instead. There were even 4 of us crammed on the back seat for a while, after the driver picked up an unticketed individual.

Rebecca WThe Driver was 1 hour late and we did arrive 2 hours later at the destination. Also the driver did end the travel about half an hour walking distance away from the indicated destination. Because of that I had to get a grab to reach my Hostel.

Tokessa RAll in all it was okay. The Bus had an 1 h delay and it took us 8h to get to Hanoi instead of 5 1/2. But the seats were quit comfortable and we got some water.
