There was very little space for legs inside the boat. Boat did not came to harbor, but stoped on the beach. We had to come on board directly from the beach, which caused us and our luggage getting wet.

I took the Axe Stone fast boat from Nusa Penida to Sanur. Compared to my last trip with El Rey, this one was way more "exciting" – but not in a good way. The boat was shaking a lot because of big waves, and water kept splashing inside because the crew didn’t close the doors properly. People sitting in the front got completely wet! Another thing – the life jackets weren’t easy to find. With El Rey, they were clearly visible above every seat, but here I had to look around to find them. Not the best for safety. The good thing? The boat left almost on time. El Rey was 40 minutes late last time, so Axe Stone was better in that way. But honestly, I’d rather wait a bit longer and feel safe than have a fast but bumpy ride.
