We bought at ticket of departure time at 11:00 AM. But the boat isn’t at the pier. We also try to contact to hotline and the phone numbers on the booking paper. They only pick up for the first time and they drop the calls on second time. We tried a few numbers on the paper but they only pick up for the first time and drop or didn’t pick up on the second time. We don’t know how long we have to wait here at the pier sitting. Don’t buy a ticket from here. If you want to go to Koh Samet walk in buying is much easier and faster. The tickets are available at Ekkamai Bus Station. Just buy walk in bus and walk in boat.

The bus was so tiny. I’m not a big person but could barely fit in the seat. Also, is was very bumpy the whole ride. When we arrived at Ban Phe where the boats are to take us over to Koh Samet, the people stressed the hell out of us. I had to go to the pharmacy 1 minute away from the check in counter and they said the boat doesn’t leave before 15 minutes, but one minute later they rushed us to the boat. They drove us on a scooter to the pier where the boat was, and when we got dropped off they asked us to “hurry hurry hurry”. It was not a great arrival, felt super stressed for no reason at all.

Overall good, however, the bus left late, we got to the pier late and had to wait almost an hour to get the next ferry. The buss itself wasn't very crowded and the journey itself was smooth. The bus doesn't stop for toilet breaks despite being almost a 4 hour journey.

During the break, the driver told us to be back in 10 minutes. We all waited about 40 minutes in the minibus for him. When he came back, he was ready to go but never checked if the every one was on board.
