Bangkok to Koh Samet Destination Reviews

YA
Good but we missed our ferry because of the minibus… so we had to wait one hour more!

Easy and comfortable ride. The bus stops once for a bathroom break. The boat transfer was also easy.

Someone, after asked me 623 bats in more to pay for 1km between 2 pick up point, asked me again to give 600 bats at the conductor. It is not a method, it is disrespectful behavior. After that we had to walk with our baggages toward the boat while other persons had a transfert with a small car. Ok we can walk but for me it is not really VIP.

I was late and missed my bus but everyone was so great and arranged alternative transport for me for free, meaning I still managed to make it to my destination despite my own mistake. Thank you so much!

The organization of the trip works. But it always looks like the staff did not know how proceed.

Good bus ride and speed boat. We started to drive abit later just because some other travellers came too late. Otherwise we would have been on time

Booked the speedboat at price addon compared to the ferry only to have to wait 60min at the pier as the operator didn't want to leave "before we are 8 more on the speedboat". After my complaints we left 25 min after the foreseen arrival time and were late 30 min. This is ok overall, but not with this reasoning.

12go said that « all connection are guaranteed » and we were supposed to arrive at 11:50 and finally we had to wait 45 minutes for the boat to come and arrived at 1pm.
