The Organisation and the staff were great! The bus was very punctual and the bus station/bus was easy to find, we made one bathroom break after like 2,5h. The transfer from bus to boat was also clear and easy. Only downside was that the bus is pretty uncomfortable.

Before we could board the bus, we had to pay extra for our suitcases. No paiment; no trip. Our voucher indicated that we could take 1 suitcase each (4 persons) with us. No limitations This is not what we expected.

We had to pay extra for two of our suitcases because the lady at the counter estimated that they weighed more than 10 kg, whereas our voucher allowed for one suitcase weighing less than 20 kg each. We showed them what was written in black and white, but nothing happened. We had to pay! This is not correct from this company.
