The service was on time. The vehicle pictured was not the vehicle used. The minibus was cramped. I chose this company because the bus looked comfortable, it was NOT. On the way to the pier the driver was tailgating a number of cars and blowing his horn at them. It was unnecessarily aggressive. I didn't like that the bus made extra stops. I didn't see where this was mentioned. I wouldn't have chosen this company if I had known it made multiple stops.

The ticket counter and bus were easy to find. The bus left exactly on time at 12, not a minute earlier or a minute later, which was rather interesting. The ride was smooth. Bathroom break at a gas station just at the right time. However the wait at the mainland pier was longer than expected, had to wait >30 minutes for the speedboat to leave. Otherwise the trip was comfortable and quick.

Great service, very professional. Food and drink on the Bus which was a surprise. A very smooth transition from the Bus to the Speedboat.

The car was ok but a little old and squeaky. We departed on time, but the driver chose a slower road with no toll for part of the way (according to Google maps), which added another hour to the trip! At the end he drove really fast to catch up. At least we didn't have to wait for the boat too long, and the total delay was 30 minutes.

Left on time from Ekkamai, stopped half way for toilet break. Arrived on Ban Phe pier where they gave us ticket for speedboat. Had to wait for the speed boat to fill up before we went.

Was oké. Could certainly travel with it. The things which could be better: half an hour late, toiletstop after one client asked, brakes were making so much noise, no English speaking anywhere.
