Terrible. Pick-up was scheduled for 12 PM — we waited 2 hours for the driver. The boat was supposed to leave at 2:15 PM, but of course we missed it, arriving at the port at 3 PM. We then had to wait another 2 hours for the next departure. It was impossible to contact the company. After spamming them, they finally sent us the live location of the driver. You’ll watch them drive back and forth for 2 hours without ever picking you up. Save yourself the trouble: take a Grab to the port and buy your tickets directly there. You’ll have plenty of departure options.

The shuttle service was good although half an hour earlier which is fine because they informed me to be ready earlier. The ferry trip was a bit chaotic and very uncomfortable. The boat feels like a can packed with people. We were also at least 30min delayed. However we arrived and you can’t expect a perfect ride and most comfortable ferry for that price.

The driver supposed to pick us up around 17:30 but no one showed up or even texted me. I tried to call the company but no one answered either. I had to wait for 30 minutes before the company called me back and sent another driver. The new driver was driving another group, so he put both of us on 1 passenger seat up front. We had to sit like that for like an hour. We were late for our plan and didn’t even have a proper seat.

I did not have any confirmation about the pick up until about 1 hora before. I texted 5 different numbers to get information. But it worked well. The seats on the boat were a little narrow.
