Shuttle bus pick up from hotel 1.25hrs late so missed our planned boat departure but apart from that the rest of the experience was 'great'. Boat ride was comfortable, quick and staff were great.

Everything was excellent—we left right on time and the trip was quick. They give you a necklace with an assigned number, which they call when it’s time to board the boat. There’s a waiting room in front of the dock. The boat is very comfortable, not crowded at all, and has large seats. It doesn’t cause seasickness, and the ride takes just 25 minutes, which go by very fast. Highly recommended! The staff was very friendly as well

Driver didn’t pick us up til 1- when I was told it would be 12, the car was full and we managed to fit another person in, he then asked us if we were going to miss our departure, we didn’t know as we’d all bought the 12pm pick up slot and didn’t know when the ferry was actually leaving, the driver did seem quite stressed so we did feel a bit bad for him, we got to the port for 3:30 - the time we should of been in Nusa Penida, we got the 5pm ferry over, all in all a very long day.
