From Bali to Gili air, the service was great, the waiting spot at the harbour in Padangbai is comfortable with chairs in the shade and a little restaurant, very well organised to pick up baggage on check in time. The boat offers a water bottle, there’s air con and seats are Spacious, with life vests etc. Felt safe and well organised in general.

The harbour is so small that cannot hold departing and arriving passengers. So many locals insisting on proposing help with high price. Lack of organisation. The boat itself was correct, and organised.

The service from check-in to arrival in Gili Air was very professional. The staff appears professional and it is easy to recognize them with the company t-shirts. The stuff was friendly, the boat departed on-time and arrived on-time! As a note, the weather was good.
