First off, the seating in front of us was broken, it appeared to be bent back and leaning up against our legs. Second, the boat set off way to late because of the people arriving 10 minutes before we were supposed to leave the dock, although the email sent said to be at the office 1 hour before departure but i guess that wasn’t accounted for. And finally the aircon which was promised didn’t work as one of the crew members said it was broken. The boat and services did not come as advertised at all. Thanks

Everything went as planned. No hitches, no problems. Straight from the hotel to the port ticket office. Pick up the tickets, on the boat then off to Gili Trawangan. I t would be nice if every trip was so simple. Like an idiot I bought a return ticket from Gili Air. I presented my pdf voucher to the booking office in Gili Trawangan and they issued me a new correct ticket, NO CHARGE. Nice one, thanks, Rod.

More than an hour delay because the ship needed fuel. I mean, that is a well known thing, ships need fuel! Just add the refueling to your schedule. No fun waiting in the sun with two little children. Seats were okay, a little small and narrow, traveltime was longer than displayed. Staff was really lovely and helpful! Overall we arrived, no real reason to complain I guess
