Got the transfer direct from my hotel (although advertisement says it’s free I paid 50MYR pp), to the pier where we were given anti sickness pills and mentos. The crew were very professional and kept us informed. We sat on the top and despite getting splashed for the last 30m due to choppy water we really enjoyed it!

it was crowded, sweaty and hot (the ac inside was not strong) -- but for what we paid, we got there in 1h30min and in decent shape. all okay. ps. you have to pay for port fees when u book through 12go, so be prepared for that.

Uncomfortable boat and chaos when boarding/getting off but the journey itself was fine. We were late by about 25 mins arriving to Gili Air because of a mistake with luggage at Gili T.

The trip ran like clockwork. Everything was easy. Check in, waiting to board, and the journey itself. The boat had great airconditioning upstairs and downstairs. Everything was very neat, clean and modern. Ran perfectly to schedule. My trip was from Padang Bai to Gili T. Highly recommend.
