Smooth boarding process Padang Bai jetty, boat left with half hour delay though. Seemed that by the time we were at Gili Air the delay was gone. Plenty of seats and good air conditioning, so boat was comfortable. Also possible to go up deck. Would travel again with this company.

they told us to really be on time ... just to wait 2h at a restaurant at the dock and after that wait about 1,5 -2h at the dock again But worst was that were supposed to change from the speed boat to a better fisher boat with sneakers on and a lot of baggage and supposed to walk through the sand and water to get on the boat at Lombok

The driver had terrible communication skills and caused some confusion regarding pickup time. I bought tickets for 11:00 pickup, and he texts the morning of and says be there by 10:30, then gets to the pick point before 10:00 and begins harassing me via phone/text until we arrive at pick up at 10:26. Totally rude guy. The van was dirty and falling apart with no seat belts and very aggressive driver. After all the last minute time changes, we arrived early at the port and waited almost two hours for the ferry. The ferry was also one of the junkier ones- I would guess they purchase the cheapest tickets to increase profit. Do yourself a favor and book with another operator.
