Well, a driver’s behaviour to Amed was really strange. It seems like he was first time driving a car. He was really nervous. And nobody told that we will need change the car, cause really big transfer wasn’t go to Amed.

At the middle of the transfer the driver said me that he has to take some new passengers and transfer them to Uluwatu, and he will keep me in the middle if the trip, after that somebody else gets me and transfers to Tulamben. I answered that I don't ready to leave the car and wait somebody (even had a chat with his boss), but the better that they propose me is to wait another driver with me. Another driver came in 10-15 minutes and finally transfers me to Tulamben, but it was not a good experience.

Bad organisation. Gave a pick up time only in the morning (when people are asleep) few hours before pick up time from the ticket. Pick up was supposed to be at 9:30 (30min earlier than the 10 to 14 trip mentionned) but ended up on short notice saying it would be 9:00 and kept writting and calling me to rush me. All the other passengers were droped at the harbour and thats when the driver realized I was going to Amed but he didnt have time because of his next pick up, so we waited for a colleague of him. I dont know if its the driver or the agency terrible organisation, but it definitly wasnt a relaxing experience.

Rogho (the driver) was amazing, super nice and kind. The problem is the communication with the office. Thare's a clear problem with language so it is difficult to speak. They confirmed several times the pick-up time and hotel but on the date, the driver arrived 1h earlier and the office blamed me for the mistake even after they confirmed everything via whatsapp several times.

I managed to book transportation for the wrong day, completely my fault so I contacted them to see if I could swap days or get a voucher. But the companys “help desk” is horrible they do not respond and when they do they don’t help and takes over several hours. They just ignored me after one question. I then said I’d like to cancel, I know I can’t get my money back and that’s fine, to which they ignored me and the next day their driver called me 5 times at 8:20am?!? Not well organised.
