Easy online booking and check-in at the harbor. Boarding was somewhat chaotic but the crew did their best to support. Seats were narrow with not much legroom, not comfy for taller people. Unfortunately the ride took more than one hour longer than planned, although departure was almost on time.

The people were crowded in the sun and everything was a mess. The boat is meant to have AC, bit when we came, the AC isn't working. Due to this, we had to sit on top and beroasted under the sun for two hours. Staff are kind, but the whole system needs more arrangements.

Got picked up at 5:30am as the first passenger in Canggu. Driver communicated well in advance. There was a hour wait at Padangbai for the fast boat tho. Arrived at Bangsal at 12:15pm.
