This was probably our most comfortable bus experience so far. The floors were a laminate hardwood look and the seats were a new pleather. The whole bus seemed new and clean. It ended up taking 6hr instead of 5 but that’s so be expected, especially as we made two stops for a toilet and food break

The vehicle and operator is awesome and has a good service however using 12Go website it did not show if the bus will use expressway or inner cities. I have to confirm it with the receptionist in the ticketing booth area and add more fees just to get a ride in a bus that will use route via expressway.
