Overbooked speed boat letting me my wife and one kid staying over an hour without a seat and this on a high speed open sea. Total unsafe. The staff was expecting us to drag our suitcases in the sand while 5 men’s crew was laughing and watching us without any help offered. On the end the lady from the check in office come to help us.

I liked the service, but for me that I have 1.98 meters, it’s a small space between chairs, but I managed the discomfort.

Horrible experience, there was no mini van or mini bus . It was a shared tuktuk transfer to the bus stop and then a bus takes you to phuket. The bus stopped multiple times and I reached after 4.5 hours. I was picked up at 9 and dropped at 1:40pm
