The booking was easy. The pickup was at the Starbucks 30 meters away from the McDonald’s. Not a big deal. There were a lot of people. The Team in Ao Nang was a bit overwhelmed. A van would not be enough. Nor 2. It looked like they were thrown under the bus. They got a list of passengers last minute and had to deal with it. They manage to get a coach/bus. Super comfy. The trip was then nice and smooth after a rough start. Kudos to the guys on the field.

I must say that I was sure it would be different, firstly the car had no air conditioning, secondly there was no room for luggage. Even though everything was in the contract I signed, I will also mention that they delayed us just because they didn't know what to do with the luggage.

The driver wasn’t very nice, the van was old and very crowed. The luggage was an issue and everybody had to much with them, or the van was to small for all that luggage en people. It was not a very pleasant trip.
