The transfers between buses and ferry wasn’t smooth with a wait time in between. This was different from my normal 12Go experience. I was surprised & it made the trip much longer than expected.

Surbooking We have to wait another van, thé Forest driver told us that the next van is coming but we needed to wait 45min more To compensate the driver drove very fast without speaking about the non-kidness of this one.

Pick up time was very punctual. The downside is you have to wait other people to come join the van. So guys please be punctual and fast. Do not make other people wait for you. Overall the journey was smooth. Took 5-6 hours to arrived at koh samui.

This service was reliable and on time but the main bus you get is very uncomfortable. The minibus that takes you the main bus terminal was fine though, and so was the ferry. We had two large backpacks and 2 small rucksacks, this wasn’t a problem
