The boat stopped mid ocean just to cross some random woman to another ferry because she missed her stop. They ve also colided, boat was shaking so hard. They ve put everyones life in danger and for what? For a lost woman? I wont take that company ferry ever again. The a&t was good

Everything went smoothly! Got picked up from my hostel, comfortable ride with a 7 11 stop and received information about the ferry. Ferry arrived around an hour later than planned, no one’s fault but something to keep in mind :)

Pickup was on time, friendly driver, van was comfortable. Drop off at Lomprayah office, handout of bus and boat tickets went smoothly. Bus travel was quite comfortable, the A/C was just right (I'm always afraid of too cold A/Cs.) Boat boarding is a bit chaotic for me, everybody is rushing in, blocking seats, and the second destination passengers, who come a bit later, don't find seats next to each other. Sure, assigning seat numbers would be too much effort, but at least, please tell people when boarding, that absolutely EACH AMD EVERY seat is fully booked... No 2-in-a-3-row allowed! The catamaran drive itself, was nice. When the weather is fine, and you have plenty of sunscreen, go on top 👍 If you prefer air conditioned, stay inside...

I would like to have received more clarity on the trip. It was by 3 different vans and bus. This was not mentioned in the trip. Also driver was really helpfull by whatsapping the suggested time. This also could be mentioned in the trip info. At last the displayed boat was not the one we travelled with such that this could also be made better
