Nearer to 8 hours in total. Absolute chaos when changing from each mode of transport, in particular, moving from one boat to another on Koh Panyang to get to Koh Tao. In Koh Tao it was like a circus, everyone cramming to the front of the boat to collect belongings but then we were all stood around for 10 minutes or so before being able to get off. No staff to control what people were doing resulting in absolute carnage. Seats are hard, when we moved in to the second boat to Koh Tao, which already had other on, there weren’t seats available so ended up standing at the rear while others utilised the handful of garden chairs available. Unfortunately it is a necessary evil when travelling around, but just be prepared!

This was an amazing experience, everything ran smoothly and on time. Very organised and non bumpy rides. Bus has a toilet on and the catamaran ferry is really big and toilet facilities too

The van trip is ok, but speedboat is so long. They stopped on the other islands even though we were only going to Koh Tao, and they also made us go down on one of them for 30 minutes. The boat trip is very long and they don’t even explain you what is happening and why do they have to stop…

The driver picked us up from our hotel in Ao Nang and we made a few stops to pick up other guests. The drive from Krabi to Surat Thani was really good and the driver stopped once for everyone to use the bathroom and have a snack. Overall it was a great transfer and would book again with this company.

Really great ! We were taken care of every step of the way : we were able to get picked up earlier than planned, in a more than comfortable van. For the connexion between the van and boat, someone was waiting for us at the pier, took care of getting our tickets and brought us to our assigned spots. I was not expecting this level of service, it was truly super fluid and easy. I recommend it 1000% and will book another trip with them for sure !

Unfortunately, the individual travel routes were not clear. How long do you travel by van, how long do you travel by boat. Where is the stopover (end with the van, departure by boat). The travel time given was from 09:00 to 16:00. The ticket from the peer then stated arrival at 17:00 and in the end we only arrived at 18:00. Original travel time increased from 7 hours to 9 hours. If we had known this from the beginning, we might have planned differently (an overnight stay in between/another means of transportation). Pick-up was very punctual at 08:55 at the agreed location.
