Incredibly poor customer service which lied to me and then ghosted. I messaged them well before my boat was set to leave to say that I had food poisoning and ask if I could switch to a later boat. They responded quickly, asking what time I was scheduled for and when I told them they said there were no boats left that day even though I could still purchase tickets for later that day on 12Go. When I asked if I could take the same boat the next day they never responded. I eventually booked the next day separately as they were the only option, and the trip took two hours longer than it should have due to making two stops way out of the way to our destination with no explanation given to the passengers.

The boat left an hour late despite being told it was only going to be 20 minutes late. The journey was very rough due to the weather and it being almost 4pm so if you get seasick do not get an afternoon boat and get the ferry instead, speed boat is an extremely bumpy ride
