We booked Transfer with Hotel pick but an hour before they called us that it is impossible to pick us up and we have to pay an extra fee. So we took a grab to Aonang. The Shuttle was totally crowded and transported extra luggage between the passengers so there was no free space in the van. You couldn‘t even get out without removing the luggage. I felt totally unsafe.

Driver was an old guy who had no idea where anyones drop off place was and dropped us off in Koh Lanta main street in the pouring rain. Had to wait there an hour before the rain stopped to move on. Very disappointing as it was supposed to be Hotel transfer. Pick up and drive itself went well.

We saw mixed reviews on Google, but we decided to take the plunge. We were very satisfied with the ride. Pick-up was within the stated timeframe. The bus was very comfortable and had plenty of legroom, which isn't always a standard. We were two people traveling with luggage. Definitely 5/5, highly recommended. It's important to remember that anyone can leave a review on Google, but not everyone can on 12GO. Don't be fooled by Google reviews. We highly recommend it !!!

Driver doesn‘t Unterstand things good. Car was Full of people without any Space. Air Conditioning didn’t work so it was very uncomfortable.

It was supposed to take 3h30min but it took almost 6 because of the ferry mainly. The bus was not comfortable, there was no space for legs, car window was leaking when it was raining.
