The van in the pictures wasn’t the one used for the travel. The pick up was with a new and comfy van then we switched to an older one and it was completely full of bags between the seats, I could’t move the legs in any way. The driver stopped tree times to buy things for himself like snacks and drinks. He couldn’t speak English and we had to show him on maps where was our hotel.

Ordered a minivan for 2 people. Minivan arrived 20 minutes late with the van already full of people and baggage. I had to place my own luggage in front of my feet, and my partner had to have other people's. Luggage in front of her, which resulted in me having to spread my legs, one above the luggage on next to it so be able to sit. The trip was supposed to be 3 hours long. I asked the driver several times that this is unacceptable and find a solution. He did nothing and just shrugged blaming my bag for being too big. I had to get off and pay 3000 baht for a private taxi. Never ever book with this company. Worst company ever.

We were cramped in a van. They stuffed as many people as possible into it and I had to sit in the middle seat next to the driver. They even put 3 sacks of brown sugar into the vehicle next to the passengers. Would not recommend this trip for 3 hours

They kept stopping randomly to pick up and drop off these white bags…. No idea what they were for but it did extend our journey by about an hour: we also had to wait 4 times as long for the second van than mentioned. And the van was filled up so tight there were bags in every walkway and footwell.

The first driver was on time at my hotel. Everything was fine until we changed of buses. There were too many suitcases and not enough spaces. Moreover, The driver forgot to open the doors for us during the stop (open after approximatively 10min) Overall, good value for money
