They forgot to pick us up. We where apparently not the only ones. Got the hotel to call before they remembered us. There office was total kaos. But in the end we where driven to our hotel in Koh Lanta.

We got picked up by a car, taken to the bus station waited here for someone to tell us what was happening but no one spoke English, and then picked up by a van but we didn’t know what was going on, we just got told to get out and then get in, so if you’re a person that needs to know whats going on or how long it’s gonna be etc then this is not for you

Seemed organised initially but then when we got on the boat that was clearly over-subscribed it went downhill from there. Stopped at Railay Beach and asked 8 people to get off and go on another boat, but had to leave our bags on the initial boat, which I wasn't overly comfortable with.
