The driver wanted us to walk the last 3 km with our luggage in the rain because he did not want to drive up a hill. We had to discuss 10 minutes with him and his Manager (?) on the phone. The Man on the phone first also suggested to walk the last miles to the Hotel. When we refused multiple times it was somehow possible to drive up the hill. The Hotel address was indicated on our application for the Trip in advance! Worst customer service we have ever experienced in Thailand.

Got dropped off at a bus station with no information as to what I needed to do next and no help available from anyone at the station, when I eventually got on a bus it was horrendous, with broken seats and seat belts and luggage shoved on top of passengers

Bad because I am trying to get my refund from you for doubled booking and not getting any anser that makes sense. You keep sending me mails that I am entitled to refund so should send you screenshots with all info. When I do it your automatic response goes in a loop repeating itself without any sense. But money didn't arrive.
