The bus driver got us there safely, I think the company over book the seats and don’t take into consideration people’s luggage so we’re all sitting like we’re sardines in a tin. Air con was also poor on the full mini bus which in 30 degree heat on a long journey is not ideal. We were collected by one bus late from our hotel and dropped off at a bus station then had to wait 45 mins for the next one but no one was told how long the wait was going to be, this then took us on a long drive to the ferry & the boat itself only took about 5 mins.

The Positive: They did process a full refund for my first trip (Dec 26th) after they cancelled it last minute due to a "vehicle breakdown". I appreciate the refund was handled correctly. ​The Negative (Trip on Dec 30th): Because I had a second booking already made, I took the trip from Krabi to Koh Lanta, but the experience was very poor: ​Vehicle Safety: The car vibrated excessively at speeds over 80 km/h, which felt unsafe. ​Hygiene: The interior smelled strongly of cigarettes. ​Licensing Issue: The driver (who spoke no English) stopped the car in a panic mid-trip. Using Google Translate, he explained he had "black license plates" (private car) instead of the required "green plates" (legal tourist transport). This caused unnecessary stress and confusion before he finally decided to continue after several phone calls. ​Verdict: We eventually reached our destination, but the combination of last-minute cancellations, poor vehicle maintenance, and licensing issues makes it hard to recommend this provider for a stress-free holiday.

Picked up by van easy in the morning. Taken to check in office and changed van to drive to Koh lanta. Stayed in the van whilst on the ferry but you can get off. Dropped off at hotel in good time.
