Set off at 1 arrived after 7 even though it says 4.40 minutes expected transfer. Stopped in krabi town at the company’s depo (?) for 45 minutes unsure why then changed buses then had several other stops at bus stations. Staff were friendly enough and bus was clean and comfortable as it could be.

Did the job to get from point A to B however it felt like we took an unnecessarily long route to get there due to the pickup & drop off of what seemed like small packages and other customers who seemed very out of the way.

It was an hour and 15 minutes late to pick us up with no communication at all. Our hotel had to ring them to see where they were.

Pickup in Ao Nang was 45 minutes late, but we were also the last stop on the route. A more accurate pickup timetable might be helpful—since we followed the instructions to be ready 30 minutes in advance at the hotel, we ended up waiting for over an hour. The minivan from Krabi to Khao Sok was packed to the maximum, and the seats in the back weren’t super comfortable as a result. That said, the driver wasn’t reckless, and we actually arrived in Khao Sok an hour early. The bus itself was in good condition as well. All in all, I can clearly recommend the service!

Picked up in a small air conditioned van. It arrived on time but there was lots of pick ups on the way and not much was communicated before or during our journey. We still got to our destination on time and he made a stop off half way which was good

We called 12Go Asia and they talked to someone at our Station where to pick us up and it all worked out well. The driver was very kind! 30 min late - so don't book to tight.

Average at best option to get from Aonang to Khao Sok. They picked up at hotel, made a few other stops before bringing us to Klong Jilad Pier to wait for other passengers off of a ferry. We then got on a different bus before departing for Khao Sok. The van was quite warm, despite the barely functional Air Conditioning. We did arrive just ahead of schedule though, and the cost was correct for the service. If I had someone to split the fee, I would have definitely just paid for a private transport
