We were taken to the place where we were going and arrived on time. Execept that, the service was poor. The van was falling apart and was dirty, the driver was listening to loud music/podcast. Would use 12go again due to flexible customer serive and easy booking, but would strongly avoid going with our driver.

Started off with the driver saying he didn’t see us at our pickup spot - that’s because he had parked up at the wrong hotel. It was also not a direct transfer to our destination, we had to wait another half hour at the Krabi bus station for a second bus to take us the rest of the way, which was not specified in the transfer details. The driver also made sure to hit just about every pothole in the road

Driver was a bit fast on the pedal.. At the end he asked if he could drop us off at the hotel for extra fee. We agreed but some people didn't want to because was just short walk at the end point he didn't stop and then still claimed money from them.

Service was great! Only minor inconvenience was not knowing that the first 1/2 of the trip was picking up people and rounding them up in Krabi. We would have arranged our own transport to there and in doing so saving 2 hours.
