If people aren’t customer oriented they shouldn’t work in customer service positions. Everything worked out fine, but we missed our bus because people gave us incorrect information.(and were more interested in playing on their phones than helping people) (Eventually someone did help us and we paid more and got in a very comfortable mini van). Today, we booked a train through 12goAsia and had fantastic customer service and a great ride. Maybe it’s just the bus folks
