Staff at the airport ticket shop were great, getting my tickets ahead of the queue! At 6pm they were still selling tickets for the 7pm bus, but I'm glad we already had reservations thtough you because they usually sell out quickly and, in the past, I've waited 2 hours for seats

My biggest disappointment was at the transfer to van to hotel. The van had 4 drop offs, but the routing took us to the furtherest stop first, having the majority of the people, that was closet to the depot sit in the van the longest. It makes not sense to have all these people go through all these stops needlessly. The person furtherest away should be the last drop off and the one closet to the depot should be the first drop off and should be in order of how close they are to the depot. The majority of people were upset that they had to spend all this time in a van when they could be unwinding at their hotel

Imagine that was your first impression of Thailand people when arriving - she should be sent back to uni to focus on customer service. The ac leaked water on several people for the entire journey.
