Andrew LVery comfy bus. The staff at the bus office were all lovely. The team on the bus was great, team of 3, we had 2 stops and the driving was all good too.

Suppose to leave at 8.00 am, we left at 8.10am.
Suppose to arrive at 2pm, we arrives at 4.40 pm !
Driver drives properly, not too fast , not too dangerous, but he stops every 10mn to drop or take a package somewhere !
We did 4 stops for toilets, maybe 2 should have been enough for this trip.
This bus was confortable, with big chairs , you can lay down your legs and recline your seat.
A/C works properly.
Price was good for this véhicule /ride.

Thalia FThe van is very confortable, if you want to sit in front, just next to the driver, pick the seats 1 and 2. During the trip we stopped 3 times and still reached out our final destination earlier than the estimated arrival time! :)

Renato PThe bus was ok comfortable but the driver and his friend where all the ride yelling. Like super loud and seems to be normal. Had to put some earplugs and noise canceling headphones or I would go crazy. Other than that they stop a few times to rest and charge to bus.

Christopher PThe bus trip took 10 hours with the bus stopping die to engine problems. I felt sorry for the driver, because he had to fix the bus himself. However, it took him the last stop to fix it, which was 37 klms from Siem Reap. He was communicating with us office regarding the engine problem, so maybe they weren't so helpful to him?
The bus was old, you can tell by the interior and the seats.
If the bus was working properly, abd we arrived closer to our arrival time, then I may have given a better review.

Robert FTrip was fine. Bus broke down twice. Driver performed heroic feats. Crawling under the engine with a hammer. Got it going. Amazing work by the driver. But a demerit to the trip. Did delay us arriving by an hour. But it wasn't a big problem. Seats did not recline, but they were large. There was plenty of space. A crew unloaded all luggage to the office at the end, which was good service. No problem. Got us there.
