We booked a sleeper, but wrer contacted that it was full. We were rebooked to a smaller VIP Bus. The sidewalk in front of the office is a mess. Please hire someone to clean it and organize whos parking where. Specially when luggage is dropped on the dirty street

Unfortunately we were very unhappy with the driver for several reasons: 1. Even though you send us all the information about where to meet him (pillar B12) he waited for us at the exit and made us walk about 3-4 minutes with our luggages to a parking lot where he parked his car. 2. ⁠after about 15 minutes of driving we stopped to get gas (about 10 minutes) 3. ⁠he does not use GPS (I did) and many times he used a different route than the optimal. Every time loosing 1-3 minutes 4. ⁠he drives with maximum 100 km/h on a motorway where the speedlimit is 120 km/h 5. ⁠on downhills (on the motorway) he puts the shift in neutral gear and we just roll (I told him to stop doing this but he still continued) We have lost minimum 30-35 minutes because all of this which means that the 3 hours 40 minutes drive could have been maximum 3:10. Which is a great difference if you travel all day. We paid a lot for this trip and he was wasting our time and money.
