We arrived 2 hours late at the destination. This had nothing to do with weather, as it was sunny and great weather. This was purely bad planning (left late, missed the ferry etc). Also no notification that we would leave late. “Luxury” bus was nothing luxury. When arriving on Cat Ba the driver even put the AC off “to safe energy”, but making the bus crazy warm.
