My experience was perfect! Mr. Vu arrived on time and the vehicle was quite comfortable! He was an excellent driver, making me feel extremely safe, especially on the windy mountain roads! We stopped for breaks and food, and he was so kind and helpful!

Everything was fine. The communication with the bus company. The only problem is that these sleeper buses are a bit to small for taller Europeans.

On-time pickup (10 mins earlier infact). Everything was good. But the journey realistically takes 6.5 - 7hrs. We left at 3pm and reached past 9:30 with a 25 minute break inbetween.

Went with Trung Khanh limousine and received an excellent service. They contacted me the night before with exact departure date and a reminder in the morning. Regular pee stops (Hanoi-Cao bang) limited food choices so stock up before you go. Tang (driver) was a good experienced driver and ended up dropping me outside booked accommodation.

The time we had booked was annulated. There for we had to take a later bus and we were very late at our destination! The trip took very long because of the many stops and the passengers we had to go get at the airport. Also there were great suitcases in the middle of the bus so nobody could get out in a normal way.
