The trip itself was great. However the customer service or lack thereof was terrible. I’ve never used this service before and contacted the company to inquire about how I’d be able to identify the driver and I didn’t not receive a response. I called and sent a message. The company asked for my trip information, I provided it but didn’t receive a reply afterwards. I also emailed 12GO but didn’t receive a timely response either. They really need to consider having a customer service phone number for customers to contact immediately.

The bus was small, and the seats weren't comfortable for a four-hour trip. There were no seat belts. On the way back, we took a larger bus operated by a different company; it was much more comfortable and didn't shake as much. There was no extra charge for baggage. Passengers who had purchased separate tickets for their luggage had a hard time arguing their right to those seats, as they were already occupied by other passengers.

It was quite good and fast, we can come at 9:20-9:30, but then we stopped for an hour. Bus broke down or something. It takes about an hour to fix it then we continued our way and came to HuaHin at 10:30. And also be aware that final destination in HuaHin isn’t minivan station (as you can read in ticket) but at HuaHin Clock Tower
