A group of loud and obnoxious Russian tourists that haven’t paid for all persons was let on the bus. The company let 24 people on a 22 capacity bus. It was simply too crowded. Staff on the bus were unfriendly, but that’s understandable when groups misbehave like that. There was no promised pickup or drop off service, so don’t believe it when 12go puts that in the description. The bus departed 30 minutes late.

Comfy bus cabin, excellent service (could text the bus company Viet Lao during the whole trip), bell button for flexible toilet break, water and blanket available, private and white luxurious. Definitely worth the price!

- Communication from the transport company wasn't great. We were told to wait for a bus with a plate number that is written in our ticket, but instead another small bus came to pick us up and bring to where the main bus was parked. It was quite confusing. - The bus departed about 30 minutes late, but arrived to the destination on time. - The bus was not very tidy, and also there were people sleeping on the floor in the isle.

The trains need some serious maintenance and upgrading. The picture provided is nowhere near the same for any of the VIP cabins. Seriously outdated. Wish I had taken a bus.

They sent an email to update the pick up point but that was a wrong address. I gotta stand at the junction to notice every car plate number of buses for not missing the bus.
