Bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour, Oct 20, 2019
Big upside....Bus goes to Mochit 1st before going to South Terminal, so for those wanting to travel beyond Bangkok you're able to get minivan or bus at Mochit. The trip is safe and quiet. Drivers seemed very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use again, and would certainly recommend.

Very nice seats! Something wet my backpack quite badly while it was in the hold. The worst thing is that, the wetting liquid smells like a fish. However, everyting else worked very well. I would recommend.

More space than you need, that's fine! But terrible sounds during whole trip - propably coming from bad back shock-absorber ... we were not able to sleep more than few minutes in a row. Btw. CORRECT the bus station position described on the map within e-tickets you provide via mail! It's totaly wrong, someone will miss the bus because of it!

Ottimo servizio da parte di 12goasia. Il treno avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore pulizia, specialmente le toilette.

The train compartment was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. You have your privacy in "first class" but the train is old and not at all luxurious. The 12GoAsia ticket booking, confirmation and ticket collection at station was perfect.

train #84 1st Class Sleeper, Thai Railways, Jan 23, 2019
Thai Railways: We booked a 1st class luxury sleeper which turned out to be infested with cockroaches. As soon as it got dark those little creatures were everywhere. Impossible to sleep. We protested and the conductor reluctantly moved us to the end of a 2nd class coach, upper berths - the only two that were still available. Unfortunately doors to toilet didn't close. Therefore noisy, smelly & cigarette smoke. Plus it was very cold and bright. All in all bit of a shame. 12 GO: Very transparent handling of everything. Nothing to complain!
