Terry GDirty old cabin in the advert it showed new bed etc with a large window for viewing not a dirty scratched window .the food was a joke slices of bread a banana a small orange .I was looking forward to the train trip and seeing some countryside .the food the sold us on the train was awful we dumped most of it

Helene TWell organised. No transfer/change to other mode of transport which is great. The beds are very hard which is all about preference I guess, but they’re definitely hard, not just firm. I still slept for most parts. Toilets were clean and easily accessible/easy to find. It is quite noisy, but all in all good.

Patricia SLarge seats, with only two rows instead of three. Asked us to arrive by 20:00 for a 20:45 departure, but the bus departed early, around 20:22, and was still somehow late in arriving to Hanoi the next morning. Their drop-off spot was pretty far southeast of the city.

Mark COur emailed train tickets were accepted and our 4 berth train cabin was comfortable plus we were given snacks and drinks.
The train ride was not that smooth, made it harder to sleep.

Ashlynne Was overall good experience. For anyone wanting to do this is to be mindful…it is a train so if you’re thinking its going to be a peaceful ride its not you hear the train. I could sleep and it was fine but if you choose to do sleeper train its exactly what you get. Awesome experience to do cooler at night with the train going. Train does make stops on the way so it can get quite warm but once train is on the way it cools down. There is complimentary food and drinks, always take some snacks. Toilet is available.

Adetoun I went on the overnight sleeper train from Danang to Hanoi. The Condition of our carriage was fair not very clean. The whole experience was spoilt by the continuous fumes coming from other passengers smoking. I smelt like a packet of cigarettes by the time the journey was finished. A unique experience that I would not repeat.
