Everything worked well. Booking confirmation came through quickly. The train I booked was on time and it was clean with helpful staff. Large new railway station in Bangkok is very impressive.

Booking is an absolute pain in the backside. It either works or it doesn't and when it finally works, it's close to the date of travel and you may not get what you want!

The most amazing place on earth. Our tour guide was professional, funny, well informed and gone the extra mile with excellent English. We specially liked her honor and respect to the location and nature. Even if she would have seen it many times before she still was as enthusiastic as we where. The communication with the provider prior the trip was fast, individual and helpful. Our trip was well planned, catered for all weather options, the travel minivan was very comfortable and our lunch at the beach restaurant was delicious with plenty of it. I wouldn't have wanted to change a single thing if anyone would have asked me.
