My problem was not with the journey, but with 13Go. You should not automatically add insurance to the ticket; that's an underhand and dishonest way of extracting money from customers. I'll be aware of it next time, but shame on you as a company. Awful way to con your customers.

Car was jammed with people always trying to find seats to sit together and usually getting moved out. Train was an hour early. Train was run very well!

BKK - Hua Hin 3rd class was full, not much space but duable. Train was very punctual, toilet paper on toilet & many people on the train selling food & drinks.

Ticketing and seat reservation worked like a charm. Krungthep Aphiwat and Hua Hin stations are both impressive, each in its own way.
