The pickup location was a little hard to find: in the email it said seatran office town, on Google Maps it is called seatran coach terminal.

Booking was easy, I think its insane to pick up a ticket in a 12go shop, try to find it in an unknown area with a suitcase to carry and then go to a train station futher away then walking distance from the ticket shop. Why isnt the shop at the train station? Even, A digital ticket should be enough....
