Driver was late, Poor communication about procedure after the pickup , driver picked up a lot of locals and dropped them off around the city Waiting at office for bus to go, busdriver feuled at gasstation and dropped us off somewhere without informati g about next to go or do. Got info from locals and a informationcentre. Waiting for a ride to the boat. Personal from ferry were not amused our being late for ferry, boat luckily waited for us. So we were unnecessary late for the boat.

Transfer from Tapee to Donsak by bus, 1 hour. Unfortunately the aircon broke down. The bus drove directly in front of the ferry. Ferry waited for us.

The bus ride from Surat Thani to Donsak Pier went pretty well. The bus driver was very friendly and very helpful with my big bag. The ferry was in a good condition and the ride was very smooth and perfectly on time. I booked the trip just two hours before departure time in Surat Thani and they sent me the tickets within a few minutes. Gladly again anytime.

Of course it was my fault in the first place but you should have seen at check-in that it was the wrong ferry. I ended up in koh tao instead of koh phangan where I had to pay another 800 batt for the crossing. The air conditioning was also far too cold.

The bus was very old but okish. Ferry was nice with a little supermarket. Due to low season there where not to many people so it was quite comfortable.
