The first boat left with 30 mins delay.Was not aware I had to take a second boat. It was not specified and the boat did not have AC, saw a bed bug dead on the window. The staff, however, was really nice. But I wouldn’t choose this option anymore, I would definitely go for the speed boat, as this is not worth the money saved.

Everything’s worked well. We had very good weather conditions so the boat ride was okay. We only were 15 mins late and everything was organized well. Only suggestion: communicate more clear that for some islands you need to change the boat.

Hotel pick up was good, but the pier is so disorganised, wait at the gate at 1150, then at 1220 they let you through to wait at a second spot for another 20 minutes. Not sure why so much waiting, boat arrived about 30 minutes late too. The boat itself is fine, a bit cramped but decent for a speed boat.

As far as a speedboot ferry goes, this was great! Entered the termijnal and was immediately guided to the correct desk number. Check-in was fast, were guided to the boat and helpend aboard. The ride was some what "choppy", so we bounced around somewhat. But that is to be expected on a speedboat. Arrived pretty much in time, so all was great!

It was great but they weren't transparent and honest enough. we needed to switch ferries at phi phi which was a surprise, And even though everything went smoothly we came 40 minutes late so the timing is just off.
