I wish I could give 5 stars. Everything was great until we got on the boat and the crew was sitting in the bow of the boat smoking cigarettes the entire trip from Phuket to Koh Lanta. I was sick to my stomach the entire trip because I had to breathe their secondhand smoke. It would be nice if they could refrain from smoking so that passengers can enjoy some fresh air or even just smoke at the back of the boat! Other than that, the van shuttle service was on time and we arrived as scheduled in Koh Lanta. Communication was pretty good. They reached out the day before pickup to confirm our pickup location. Everything went smoothly.

Very good, professional on time and felt safe ! Just seats are not the most comfy they are too high and my feet don’t touch the ground (1m67) so it was painful for the back after an hour..

Crazy touristic... Had the feeling we were only a number. You don't travel directly from Phuket to Ko Lanta... Nooooo. You stop at the Phi Phi island and are then rushed like a suitcase thru seas of people on order to catch the connection to Ko Lanta. This happens in an old fisher Boat that was pulled up... Fuller than any limitations with allow and we had to spend the 1 hour trip in the floor lying between suitcases and sweaty feet of other guest. If you are young do it ... Fun adventurous... But you if have any possibility hoof
