Perfect score for wahana, 5 star. We got the ferry from Padang bai to Gili air. The got a new catamaran ferry, which is perfect. I didnt even feel the waves. Its very big, you can walk around it and has a deck on the stern. Service was very very good. You got a free water, they where handing out free sea sickness pills of you wanted and also a bag. The catamaran ferry had a big flatscreen tv where they played a movie (Fantastic Four) in English with Indonesian subtitels. Would recommend it for sure. This boat was even better then eka. But i dont know the other boats.

The Overall Ride was good. Boat was pretty new and comfortable. We Booked the Ferry from Paddang Bai to Gili Air at 11:30. Check-In went smoothly, but when I asked staff at 11:25 when we get on Board the boat they Said that the Boat is in for maintenance. Nobody told us that Before, only After asking again. We then had to wait 2 Hours for the next Boat departing….

Staff was perfect. I came to early and they register me to another boat so I no need to wait. Boat was clean, but very old and very toxic smell of fuel - this is the only one thing which is bad. Others are good. Boat is very fast.

Boat did not dock at Port (Gili Air) was forced to use a small shuttle boat in dangerous conditions and while jumping from one boat to the other hit my head and lost an expensive pair of sunglasses into the water ,my wife was also panicked by this experience. Not happy.

60min too late, but overall everything went smoothly. If you have the small boat try to sit in the front, fresh air and no gasoline smell.
