Honestly, it was very, very bad. The boat left an hour late without any explanation. The boat wasn't what you'd initially expect. There was no air conditioning or fans. They open the boat windows, but water gets in and the passengers get wet. In the end, the windows are closed, and the heat is unbearable. There's limited space for so many people, which made for a stifling atmosphere. It was a bad experience, so we changed companies for the return trip.

The good: air-conditioned, top deck with party floor and music Beautiful amazing views of Gili and Lombok/Rijani. The bad: Very messy boarding and holdup at the dock. Journey took much longer than stated, it was stated 2hrs to reach Gili Air but in reality took 3. Seats are quite cramp. They pack the ferry to the brim as there are a lot of tourists heading to Gili, even on a Monday.

Many people with tickets from 12go.asia were told that they were not in the list, some could not get in the boats and others had to pay for another ticket to be in the boat they already booked. Unfortunately we had a delay of more than 2 hours, had to stand and wait with my child at the pier the whole time. Nobody informed us why this delay because the boat was also next to the pier the whole time. Otherwise all good.

The boat was late, because the staff needed to deal with paper, (couldn’t it be done before allowing the passengers to in the boat and wait for 1 hour in it?) The boat stopped at Gili T, there was no information about this when the boat was booked, So we waited for more than 1 hour at the harbor, the boat made a stop but we didn’t knew about that, the time indicated on the ticket was therefore wrong, (a 3h/3h30 of boat and not 2 hours)
