Not sure why other reviews aren't so great. They might have sailed in bad weather. But everything went well on our trip - check in was quick, the boat boarded and left on time and sailing was smooth. It took about 2 hours to reach Gili T from Bali.

Make yourself a favor and buy the ticket online. Before using this platform we tried to buy the ticket straight in the office and a guy insistently tried to scam us saying that the tickets were sold out and that he could give us the two last ones for 700 thousand each. The trip was OK, not comfortable but we didn't expect much anyway.

The boat left one hour earlier! So make sure you’ll be there at least 1 hour before or more to change your ticket for boarding card and be ready for boarding. The boat itself was ok, but because of drunk and loud co-passengers, it was happy to get off after two hours. For taller people not enough space for legs tho.

Getting on to the boat is extremely chaotic. The pier is jam packed with people who have no idea where and when they should go and to which boat they’re going. On top of that our boat was 1h+ late.
