Lots of legroom, friendly staff, efficient system. Boat was late departing and nobody updated the guest why etc. Boat stopped about 8 times on the water maybe engines were shutting down. No safety advice given. Where is the life preservers. It’s a fair value but maybe more communication advising guests.

Boat smelled of petrol the entire ride. Hard to look outside so a bit seasick. Left 45 minutes later than planned (although the operator said at check in already it would leave half an hour later). I actually booked another boat, but they changed the time and departure harbor. 12go emailed me about this asking if i wanted to cancel. I sais yes, because it was inconvenient for me. Then I never heard back again.

On the 12go Asia website they give you like 3 schedule options when in reality there is only one. We booked the 12:30 ferry, when we arrived to check in they told us that there was only one ferry leaving at 13:00 and with luck (spoiler we ended up leaving at 13:45). We were not bothered by the delay itself (because we knew it could happen) but the fact that they sell you different schedules when in fact it is only one.
