One of the worst ferry experiences. Had to check in way too early. Go through “customs” and then wait in an uncomfortable room where they don’t even sell water for another hour, if the ferry was on time. It wasn’t, so we waited even longer.

Big boat with a couple of hundreds seat. Fairly big seats for Asia. In January not crowded at all. Super cold ac blowing. Har to get of in koh Lipe. Not a problem for most but a small climb down to long tail boat.

Super helpful staff here! , ferry is Old and lolls about a bit, but goes fine enough. I sat up in the back compartment which was empty with lots of window seats to enjoy the view.
