Everything was organized well. At first our trip got cancelled due to rough sea conditions. We got offered a new trip same time on the next day which worked out. The vessel is either super cold in the back or hot in the front. The rough sea made several people puke during the trip. Instead of 1,5h it took us 2,5h and we arrived on the wrong side of the island so they had to bring us the the immigration center on the other side via taxi.

Totally brilliant from start to finish. Very easy transfer from Langkawi to Koh Lipe and so pleased we made the journey (in low season) as the island is out of this world. Clearest sea I’ve seen anywhere!!

Well arranged, how ever a bit chaotic at start. Also I wasn’t aware we would have a ferry, minivan, speedboat due to low season. All in all good.

While the actual transfer worked perfectly, the communication about the booking did not! This made us very stressed on the first leg. At the 12Go site I was able to book a direct ferry from Langkawi to Koh Lipe, *these ferries do not run in low season (July -Oct), but this was not communicated in the booking*. Instead the ferry took us East to the mainland, we were getting very stressed, other passengers tried to help by searching onward travel options for us. Only after immigration did we realise there was a van transfer arranged for us in the booking. This took us all the way to another ferry pier then ferry to Koh Lipe. The transport all worked perfectly, only 3 stars because better communication in the booking process would have saved us a lot of stress!
