Over 1 h to Late. They Rolf us to come back Later. When we Came back at the Time they told us, we almost missed the Ferry. Ferry was overloaded, so we had to sit on the floor. No sorry no water no Snack as compensation for that… The way from Pier to Krabi City was Not a Van, But a Bus. Seat was broken. No Hotel Transfer.

The route wasn't explained: type of boat, duration of the crossing, and type of bus. We waited a long time in an old bus for another boat to arrive, without anyone offering us any assistance, and people who arrived much later left before us in more comfortable conditions. As a result, we had difficulty getting a connection for the rest of the journey.

The ferry from Koh Tao to Surat Thani was great! However the Minivan from Pattana Tours at Surat Thani was congested and they fit in more passengers than seats making the ride uncomfortable for all. Pros: On time Cons: More Passengers than could have been accommodated in the Minivan

Koh tao to krabi with lomprayah was a well organised day with the ferry taking roughly 3.5 hours and the bus 2.5 hours.

The trip on the ferry was great but the van’s driver was very rude, disrespectful and didn’t stop during the trip, even when I requested I needed to go to the toilet because I was feeling unwell. His only justification was that we were late. He didn’t talk to us before to get in the van to explain anything so I supposed he would stop at some point. Not recommended at all. You should find another option for the connection.
