Charlotte KAll decently smooth. Checkin location not quite accurate. Asked the name of our hotel to be dropped off for an additional charge 50/100b (they gave the impression it could not be refused). We refused and asked to be dropped at the bus station, everyone else followed our example. Just seemed a little money hungry. Otherwise usual standard for Thai transport, a little chaotic and you don’t always know what’s going on but we got there on time in one piece.

Houriya MThe direct transfer was full, so we had to wait for a long time for another ride. Instead of a direct transfer it was a taxi service with Lots of stopping/waiting. And on top of that we had to pay extra for a 2 minute ride drop of to the hostel.

Johannes We got all connections and made it to our destination. The ferry was totally fine, but the driver from „Holiday Travel Agency“ was the worst ever! Unfriendly, bad driving and not good minivan.
Koh Tao Booking Center did a good job booking everything but please not with „Holiday Travel Agency“ again.

Mike JSmall speedboat took couple of hours to reach Surit Thani. Thankfully water was fairly calm so not too uncomfortable. On arrival, mini vans were waiting to take us to destinations. Arrived earlier than scheduled.

Maria LThe staff are very caring. We can leave our bags at the office. And they already checked in the tickets for us. without having to queue There are sleeping places in the boat. The van picks you up when you arrive at the pier. Overall good service

Adele MThe journey turned out to be ok and comfortable enough however we were put on a rather small speedboat with more people than it was meant to carry, a bit worrying considering a bad storm was due while we were travelling. We had to wait a while at the pier for the bus to arrive and the mini bus was much more uncomfortable, there was hardly room to sit down in it once all of our bags were piled up, even on some of the seats. We didn’t make any stops but the journey wasn’t very long so it was alright.
