The man at Koh Phi Phi front desk committed multiple mistakes in a row: he did not give my phone back after checking my e-ticket (fortunately I asked for it), he gave me a sticker for Koh Lanta after I had repeatedly said I was going to Ko Lipe, and put the same stickers on my bags. As a result, if I had not paid attention and been alert in Koh Lanta, I would have ended up in the wrong island or without my luggage. Please train your team better.

We left 1h late. We have to move from the check-in counter to a location in the pier where we were supposed to enter the boat, then they have to move us to another location, I think the boat couldn’t reach that point for any reason. We start our trip until Koh Lanta and move to another boat (this specific part is no where to be found on the pdf explanation) but the first trip had no issues. Second part most of the time was ok, and 1h-1h30 before finish it, the sea was very intense, but I think the pilot did a really good job for the conditions. Seats on both boats are very uncomfortable, specially for the second part which were 3h. Also the total duration of the trip was higher then expected but I don’t know if it was due to the sea conditions.

Everything was rushed at times even when it was unsafe. We were going to fast over the waves the entire two hours. My back, neck, and knuckles took violent hits as we smashed up and down going fast. It ruined alot for me on this vacation. I could even sign in properly at hotel i was shaking so bad. A signed waiver for that type of ride should be required. This posses a lot of risk. I did not choose this method of transportation for this reason. I notification would have been great. Anyone over 40 with medical conditions should be notified of this journey at this pace. Do not recommend for the elderly.

Very long trip!!! An speedboat, an old bus, a van and another speedboat to Ko Li Pe. The island is 60km away from mainland, so it is normal. But the trip with van was 3 hours long. Then another long hour with speedboat. It is needed to land in Ko Li Pe.
