The worst- nothing VIP do not book. No food or water, no communication whatsoever the pick up time was so we waited hours, the bus was just a standard bus not VIP that we paid for and to make matters worse we were dropped in a random location at 6am in bangkok no where near the actual drop off!!!

We arrived with 30 min later than schedulled. The “boat manager” from this company lied to us about taxy (that this is the only chance to get to the hotel)- insisted thar we have to order the transfer to hotel from her even though we did not want this service.. And of cource- there are other toxies in Koh Lanta and it is cheaper and faster.

Solid boat, air con, didn’t leave on time and took longer than advertised time but overall fine! Annoyingly element was booking two of the same tickets through 12Go and being told we had to go on different boats despite neither being at capacity!

Great and painless transfer to Koh Lanta. However, I never could get my refund for my infant, which was free. My mistake, but no one could help me after the booking, and the staff on Ton Sai Pier only spoke three words English.

The boat left ~35 minutes late because we waited for another boat to arrive. Didn’t feel very safe on the wavy waters. Its not their fault there were heavy winds but I felt like they didn’t handle it very well. A bigger boat may have felt safer
