The fairy itself was fine but I chose an option with both fairy+van. We chose the more expensive option assuming it includes a van (+8$ dolar each with all transfers guaranteed) as written in the app. When arriving to Koh Lanta, we were waiting for a van for 1 hour while trying to get help from people in the pier but it was hard to get answer from 12go. After many attemps we got answer from 12go that we booked only fairy. Though it was bot what was written in the app when we ordered it. Be aware!!

Safety. The crew did not give lifejackets to everyone. The did not make sure everyone had The life jacket tightend correctly. They samlede to fast in big waves with made part of the trip verden unconftable.

Overall a good experience despite 30 min delay, which can happen when it comes to the sea. The speed boat ride was good but I think it's because there was still some seats left l, which allowed everyone to have more space. Also, note that the check-in is located on the actual pier and not at a shop close to the pier entrance, as the PDF shows/mentions. Important! Bring EARPLUGS on any speedboat you take unless you like a strong engine sounds 😉
